Our operational support teams can be located globally and if we don’t have a team in country to support your operations, we will build one.
We have an in-house logistics team that can support your sparing and shipping strategy whereby we can host spares in strategic locations globally to ensure timely shipment to your Teleports/Gateways, which will give you the ability to meet customer SLAs with less downtime on the antennas.
We can assist with licensing of your terminals in various countries with the regulators with a large network of industry professionals we can provide high level advice and consultancy to ensure your licensing is pushed through the correct channels as quickly as possible.
